Accessing the Screen
From the Dashboard, click the more options icon (3 dots in the upper right hand corner) on the SaaStimates app tile and select Request Types.
Screen Options
- New Service Request Type- Click to create a new request type.
- Edit Service Request Type- Click a grid row to edit the request type.
